Job summary

Village Green in Ohio seeks a multi-family property management leader to supervise Marketing, Leasing, Administrative, and Maintenance while meeting budget objectives and overseeing reporting. This temporary role covers a 2+ month leave, then supports properties as needed through spring.

You'll drive resident relations, oversee cash flow, and ensure policy compliance, with evenings and weekends required. Bachelor’s or equivalent and 2+ years' supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years of multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Marketing, Leasing, Administrative, and Maintenance functions.
• Achieve company and client budget objectives.
• Manage resident/landlord relations and cash flow reporting.
• Oversee accounting and collections activities.
• Oversee day-to-day office and maintenance operations and project management.
• Prepare property-specific and company reports for leadership or clients.
• Ensure compliance with policies, practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with team to reach property and company goals.
• Occasionally work outside traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
