Village Green is seeking an Experienced Property Manager for Brixin Townhomes at Kimberly Crossing. You will supervise Marketing, Leasing, Admin, and Maintenance, and manage resident/landlord relations while ensuring budget objectives are met.

The role requires 2+ years in multi-family property management, a real estate license or plan to obtain within 120 days, and strong leadership and financial skills. A 401K match, medical, dental, vision, and a bonus program are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family property management.
• Must have real estate license or obtain within 120 days if required by state law.
• Strong supervisory skills and exceptional interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve company and client budget objectives.
• Supervise Marketing, Leasing, Administrative, and Maintenance functions.
• Manage Resident/Landlord relations.
• Handle accounting and collections.
• Complete required weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial and operational reports.
• Complete budget-to-actual variance reporting and explanations.
• Oversee property budgeting and financial management.
• Supervise day-to-day office and maintenance operations.
• Prepare property and company reporting for Corporate Office or clients.
• Follow policies and participate in team objectives.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
