Village Green seeks a Property Manager for The Preserve at Peters Township. You will supervise Marketing, Leasing, Administrative, and Maintenance to meet budgets and client expectations.

The role emphasizes leadership, financial oversight, and resident relations, with opportunities to drive operations and reporting in a dynamic multi-family environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of previous experience managing multi-family properties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Social media savvy with creative marketing abilities.
• Motivational leader with strong financial and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve company and client budget objectives.

• Maintain strong Resident/Landlord relations.
• Handle accounting and collections responsibilities.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

• Responsible for achieving company and client budget objectives
• Supervise all Marketing, Leasing, Administrative, and Maintenance functions.
• High level of involvement withResident/Landlord Relations
• Responsible for accounting and collections
• Supervise day-to-day office and maintenance operations, including project management.
• Responsible, under the supervision of the Area Director, for property-specific and company reporting requirements as provided to the Corporate Office or clients on or before the due date
• Follow all organization's policies, practices, and procedures
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve property and company goals
• Must have strong time management skills, and be able to multitask.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family Property Management, including supervisory
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to maintain strong working relations with internal colleagues, owners, and vendors
• Must have real estate license or obtain within 120 days of employment if required by state law #INDVGPM
