You will lead site operations, ensure Fair Housing compliance, maintain tenant relationships, respond to leasing leads, and collaborate with marketing, maintenance, and rent collection teams to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Property Manager in multi-family housing is required.
• Strong understanding of property management best practices and financials.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations of multi-family properties to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company regulations.
• Maintain positive tenant relationships and respond to leasing leads in real time.
• Support marketing, leasing, maintenance, and rent collection efforts.
• Supervise onsite staff, vendors, and contractors.
• Negotiate contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner.
