Job summary

The role reports to the Regional Manager and supervises on-site leasing and maintenance staff, ensuring excellent resident experience and adherence to company standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Three years minimum experience in multi-family management.
• Experience leading on-site teams to meet goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for with vendors, residents and staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with ability to master Property Management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the community and drive company goals in leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue, and capital improvements.
• Maintain high standards of performance with focus on resident experience and retention.
• Lead and develop on-site management to adhere to policy and prepare for growth.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager on major capital improvement and operational projects.
