Job summary

MMG is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing communities across Ohio. You will lead site teams, supervise budgets and rent collection, and ensure LIHTC and Fair Housing compliance.

This role requires strong property management experience, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with HR, Accounting, Compliance and Maintenance to improve portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience, including multi-site leadership.
• Prior experience as a Regional Property Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing (LIHTC / Section 42) and Fair Housing regulations.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and team leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi (preferred).
