The role emphasizes team leadership, vendor relations, budgeting, and ensuring high resident satisfaction. You will train staff, schedule, monitor performance, and help ensure legal and safety compliance

Qualifications

• 1+ year of multi-family property management experience.
• Leadership and supervision capabilities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager with leasing, resident relations, marketing, collections and A/P.
• Perform daily operations and support staff; cover in PM's absence.
