Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and property owners.
• Monitor rent collections, delinquencies, and payment arrangements.
• Coordinate notices, lease violations, and eviction processes when necessary.
• Manage lease renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and resident retention.
• Monitor vacancies and collaborate with leasing staff to reduce days on market.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, vendors, contractors, and property repairs.
• Conduct regular property and unit inspections; ensure turnouts are rent-ready.
