Qualifications

• 5–7 years in multifamily property management, real estate, or related sales.
• Proven success in relationship-based sales and business development.
• Strong understanding of multifamily operations, finances, and owner priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
• CRM and proposal software familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source new third-party property management opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, brokers, lenders, and partners.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from initial contact through contract execution.
• Develop and present customized management proposals and presentations.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on activity and performance.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure underwriting, pricing, and onboarding.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
