Job summary

KW Property Management and Consulting is seeking a skilled Business Development professional to drive association management sales in Florida. You will identify markets, conduct discovery meetings, and present KWPMC services to potential clients, while aligning with corporate teams to deliver compelling proposals and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree with related experience.
• At least three years in industry business development or association arena.
• Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
• Must have a valid Florida driver’s license.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel in your own vehicle.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Experience with proposal, pricing and contract processes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate designated markets and develop a strategic sales approach to target Associations that best fit KWPMC for sales presentations.
• Establish discovery meetings and make introductory presentations regarding KWPMC services for Associations.
• Collaborate with KWPMC Corporate and operational teams in the designated market for full presentations when requested.
• Work with KWPMC operational teams to ensure smooth transition to KWPM and maintain relationships with Association Boards.
• Develop knowledge of the Association Industry and local market to build relationships for referrals and opportunities.
• Assess markets for KWPMC services through participation in events and networking activities.
• Execute cold calling, email campaigns, board education seminars, and other lead generation activities.
• Prepare standard proposals or RFPs for Associations seeking new management.
• Coordinate with executives to develop Association-specific contracts and secure signatures.
• Attend regional meetings as scheduled and report outcomes to leadership.
