Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC in Florida is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the community team and ensure smooth operation of a multi-family property. You will oversee staff, manage revenues and expenses, and maintain accurate resident records while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting, and reporting skills, with a compensation package including a $75,000 annual base plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Industry software experience (YARDI, E Site, etc.) preferred.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines; flexible weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the property staff.
• Manage the community’s revenue and expenses to ensure the budget and financial guidelines are met.
• Maintain accurate resident records, post all rent, deposits, and fees, and handle all A/P functions.
• Follow all policies and procedures for compliance with staff and residents.
• Complete building inspections and ensure property standards are met.
• Follow up on service requests with the maintenance team and complete residents’ requests.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing concerns and assisting with resolutions.
• Perform required reporting and administrative tasks with close attention to detail.
