Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of maintenance experience, ideally as a Maintenance Technician.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with technology including MS Office and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical condition and upkeep of the community.
• Thoroughly complete work orders within the expected timeframe.
• Prepare make-ready apartment homes, including repairs and cleaning.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls as assigned.
• Maintain community grounds and perform landscape maintenance.
