You will be responsible for the upkeep of the community and its facilities, while ensuring exceptional customer service to residents.

Candidates should have at least one year of maintenance experience and be proficient in various maintenance operations, including electrical and plumbing tasks. A valid driver’s license and the ability to communicate effectively in English are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of maintenance related experience.
• Competent in electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, and appliance repair.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition and general upkeep of the community.
• Thoroughly complete work orders within the expected timeframe.
• Prepare make-ready apartment homes including painting and general repairs.
