Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician to service multifamily properties. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and complete routine upkeep to ensure high property standards and resident satisfaction.

The role requires flexibility for weekend coverage, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and EPA Type I/II/Universal refrigerant certifications with state approvals. Entry health and safety training is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and delivery skills with residents and coworkers.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels and provide timely service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple work orders.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Perform make-ready tasks to prepare vacants for leasing and move-ins.
• Assist in cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
• Track inventory and follow check-out procedures for tools and materials.
• Document work orders and maintenance activities accurately and promptly.
• Inspect work performed by vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
