Job summary

A property management company is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Las Vegas. This role involves assisting in unit preparation, handling maintenance requests, and performing preventative repairs. Candidates should have a general knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and pool maintenance. A strong service orientation and basic computer skills are important. The position requires 40 hours of work per week, with some evenings and weekends as needed. HVAC and CPO certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as apartment turn technician or related role is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of building systems is critical.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing make ready units to standards.
• Diagnose and correct HVAC failures and plumbing problems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on vacant units.
• Handle resident service requests promptly.
• Maintain proper chemical balance in pool care.
