Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the SkyHouse Buckhead multifamily community in Atlanta. You will perform make-ready tasks, respond to resident service requests, and help ensure high-quality move-in experiences.

Responsibilities include maintaining onsite grounds and facilities, coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor, and attending required training while delivering courteous, on-brand service to residents.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II and CPO or local certificate required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepares make-ready apartments including painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Responds to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintains grounds, pools, common areas, and dog park amenities.
• On-call scheduling for after-hours emergencies.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and performs scheduled tasks.
