Qualificações

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel settings.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building systems.
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC as part of unit turns, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Maintain curb appeal.
• Complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for after-hours on-call.
• Carry applicable maintenance tools.
• Complete unit make-readies including painting, carpet cleaning, and cleaning as needed.
• Perform quarterly preventative maintenance checks.
• Assist neighboring properties with maintenance tasks.
• Procure supplies from area vendors while operating a registered, insured vehicle.
• Report to Regional Manager and Maintenance Superintendent.
• Travel to regional and corporate trainings as required.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Notify manager of health and safety concerns.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Willing to train and learn HVAC, safety training, HUD and LIHTC maintenance standards.
