Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with maintenance processes across our communities. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, including make-ready work and daily site upkeep.

You will respond to resident requests, perform unit inspections, and help maintain safety standards while coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. A high school diploma and basic software skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community by timely completion.
• Assist with maintenance/repair-related turn events and make-ready tasks.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend property life and minimize future repairs.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with inventory and records.
