Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the property and its systems.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance shop and inventory.
• Assist with unit inspections and make-ready processes for turnover.
• Be available for on-call emergencies and respond as required.
