Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across a community. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic work, assist with make-ready tasks, and respond to resident and management requests under supervision.

The role emphasizes safety, record-keeping, and coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes across the property (corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, cosmetic).
• Support make-ready processes under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety standards; keep accurate records and logs.
