Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across multifamily properties. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine and cosmetic maintenance, assist with make-ready tasks, and respond to service requests while following safety procedures.

The role requires high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety regulations. On-site presence and teamwork with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend property life and minimize future repairs.
• Assist in unit inspections and with inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Report observed violations of community rules to Maintenance Supervisor/Community Manager.
