Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED, or trade/tech/vocational training required
• Knowledge of maintenance functions: plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, painting
• Ability to respond to resident requests in a timely, professional manner
• On-site attendance and safety compliance are essential

Responsibilities

• Prepares make-ready apartments including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning and general repairs.
• Responds to resident requests in a timely manner with a professional attitude.
• Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas and amenities.
• On-call scheduling may be required for after-hours emergencies.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Performs maintenance as scheduled and adheres to safety standards.
• Completes duties assigned by Cushman & Wakefield in a timely manner.
