Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance in multifamily housing.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry.
• HVAC certification, EPA certification, or other relevant credentials is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
• Weekend and periodic call-backs; on-call rotation availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance duties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.
• Respond to maintenance service requests promptly, prioritizing work orders based on urgency and importance.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address issues before they become major problems.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed and health and safety regulations are met.
• Assist with turnover repairs and preparation of vacant units for new residents.
• Work closely with property management and team members to ensure efficient operations and positive resident experience.
