Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance for multifamily communities. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, assist with make-ready processes, and help maintain common areas to a high standard.

This full-time, on-site role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety, OSHA, and Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to understand on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready process and daily upkeep of community common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage and follow safety guidelines.
