Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep, preventative maintenance, and make-ready tasks under supervision. You will respond to work orders, maintain records, and help ensure a safe, well-maintained community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance processes for the property, including corrective and preventive tasks.
• Perform routine and cosmetic maintenance, make-ready tasks, and periodic inspections.
• Respond to resident/management requests and maintain safety and cleanliness of common areas.
