Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Timberline at Pagosa Springs. You will assist with maintenance, make-readies, and routine repairs under supervision, ensuring safety and efficiency across the community.

Daily tasks include responding to work orders, coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor, performing pool care, and keeping records. A High School Diploma and basic computer skills are required, with on-call duties and OSHA awareness expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with maintenance/repair-related turn events and ensure repairs for common areas and units.
• Maintain the maintenance shop safely and stocked; assist with inventory and chemical logs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and assist in daily cleaning of the community exterior and common areas.
