Job summary

Asset Living is a third-party management firm handling maintenance for multi-family and mixed-use properties across the country. The Maintenance Technician supports corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-ready tasks for vacant units and common areas.

The role requires regular on-site attendance, customer service focus, and adherence to OSHA and Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and daily on-site attendance is required.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform repairs and replacements in common areas and units as needed.
• Assist with scheduling and execution of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain the exterior and common areas, including grounds and pool areas.
