Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a remote Idaho property. You will diagnose and repair building systems, perform make-ready tasks, and maintain grounds and common areas.

This role requires EPA refrigerant certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied weather conditions. The technician will document activities, monitor inventory, and support safety programs.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance in a timely, safe manner.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units and inspect work.
• Track inventory, request supplies, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of grounds and common areas.
• Adhere to safety policies and document all service activities.
