Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a remote Idaho setting to oversee and perform technical andMechanical work ensuring community buildings, grounds, and amenities meet Greystar standards. You will handle service requests, inspect vendor work, and support budget planning.

This role requires EPA certifications if HVAC work is involved, a valid driver’s license for golf cart operation on the property, and strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certifications if working on HVAC.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property, if applicable.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively to interact with residents, team members, and contacts.
• Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management; property management system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders from resident requests for service and routine upkeep.
• Oversee and complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing; schedule vendors and inspect work.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, amenities, and interiors to reflect Greystar quality.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Assist Community Manager in budgeting for repairs and capital projects and manage inventory.
