Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Idaho to ensure buildings and common areas meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose issues from resident requests, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with vendors while documenting all work performed.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, valid driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible hours, with an hourly wage range of $21.00–$24.00.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• All required state and local certifications for Service Technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventive maintenance.
• Prepares vacants for leasing by completing pre-move-out inspections and creating punch lists.
• Obtains materials and coordinates vendors and contractors for maintenance tasks.
• Completes documentation to track service requests and maintenance activities.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities: cleaning, painting curbs, and debris removal.
• Supports cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
