Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the property's standards of cleanliness, safety, and operation. You will work on inside and exterior maintenance, respond to resident requests, perform make-readies, and coordinate with vendors as needed.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with property management software such as Entrata Yardi or OneSite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and delivery skills; ability to connect with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Complete 24–48 hour service requests and routine maintenance to meet standards.
• Finish make-ready process for vacant homes and ensure pre-move-out inspections.
• Repair defects using appropriate tools while following safety guidelines.
• Maintain inventory and document work orders accurately.
• Assist in property inspections and coordinate with vendors as needed.
