Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the interior and exterior of properties meet safety, cleanliness, and functionality standards. You will handle work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and assist in preparing units for new residents.

The role requires 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with property management tools such as Entrata Yardi or One Site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents and team members.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management software (Entrata Yardi and/or One Site).

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Perform maintenance to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of common areas, amenities, and buildings.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and punch lists.
• Inspect work by contractors and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain inventory and request re-orders as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in routine safety meetings.
• Provide excellent resident service and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Assist in property inspections and report any property needs to management.
• Travel locally as required for business purposes.
