Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure interior and exterior areas meet safety, cleanliness, and functional standards across properties. The role focuses on timely work order completion, routine upkeep, and supporting make-ready tasks for new residents.

The ideal candidate has a background in apartment maintenance, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety. Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi and One Site) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience Preferred: 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders for service within 24 to 48 hours and conducts routine upkeep.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and punch lists.
• Supports cost-containment by repairing parts rather than replacing when appropriate.
• Tracks inventory and coordinates with the maintenance supervisor for re-orders.
• Documents work and keeps records up to date for property management.
