Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle resident work orders, perform make- ready tasks, and maintain high property standards. Proficiency with Entrata/Yardi or OneSite is preferred, with a HS diploma or GED and 1–3 years in apartment maintenance recommended.

Role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work weekends as scheduled. We offer strong benefits and a culture focused on service and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and delivery skills to connect with residents and team members at all levels.
• Proficient with property management software (Entrata/Yardi and OneSite preferred).
• Able to communicate clearly, document maintenance tasks, and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Perform make-readies and prep vacant apartments for new move-ins.
• Fix issues to repair rather than replace when possible to save costs.
• Manage materials, tools, inventory, and re-order as needed and report shortages.
• Document maintenance work and close tickets promptly and accurately.
• Supervise or inspect contractor work to ensure quality and safety.
