Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our on-site property operations. The role includes routine, preventive, corrective, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision to ensure the property meets safety and aesthetic standards.

The ideal candidate will assist with make-ready, maintain logs, and respond to service requests while upholding Asset Living’s safety policies and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain community common areas and units.
• Perform pool maintenance and keep chemical logs up to date.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards and safety issues.
• Assist with turnover and make-ready processes for units.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
