Job summary

Asset Living in Ladson, SC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance, make-ready tasks, and on-site repairs under supervision. You will manage routine duties, upkeep of common areas, and respond to work orders with safety and quality in mind.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with maintenance/repair-related turn events and on-call emergencies.
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on community facilities and units to ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain inventory and proper records of service requests and maintenance activities.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines are followed during all tasks.
