Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in the comprehensive maintenance of our Mount Pleasant, SC properties. You will handle corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision to support ground and unit upkeep.

The role emphasizes timely turn events, safe work practices, and responsive communication with residents and management. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with on-site software familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with the scheduling and performance of all maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate chemical logs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend life of the property and minimize future repairs.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with monitoring inventory of equipment and supplies.
