Job summary

Greystar is seeking a disciplined Service Technician to maintain property facilities, grounds, and common areas. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and ensure safety and cleanliness to meet company standards.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, prepping vacant units, managing materials, and documenting service activities. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required, with potential for bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Requires 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments and inspect completed work.
• Access materials inventory and notify on re-orders.
• Complete timely and accurate paperwork for service requests.
