Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Perform make-ready tasks to prepare vacant apartments for leasing.
• Assist in cost-saving maintenance practices and proper material usage.
• Document all work orders and maintenance activities accurately.
• Inspect contractor work for quality and safety compliance.
• Adhere to safety policies and respond to emergencies as needed.
