Job summary

RangeWater in Columbus, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the property's standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will perform maintenance tasks, diagnose issues, and complete work orders to ensure resident satisfaction and smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi and/or OneSite).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficient in property management software (Entrata/Yardi, OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Completes make-ready process for vacant units and coordinates vendors.
• Inspects and repairs building systems, ensuring safety and quality.
• Maintains documentation for all work orders and assets.
• Adheres to safety policies and OSHA requirements.
