Job summary

Fairway Management is seeking a proactive maintenance professional to service over 250 apartment communities and rental subdivisions. The role focuses on timely work orders, unit turns, and preventative maintenance with attention to detail to keep properties in top condition.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of multifamily or related maintenance experience, with solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and building systems.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building operating systems (eg. door entry systems, fire suppression systems).
• Familiarity with REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

• Regularly troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC as part of completing unit turns, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Maintain curb appeal and complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on-call after hours.
• Must have applicable maintenance tools.
• Conduct unit make-readies including painting, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning.
