Fairway Management, Inc. is seeking skilled maintenance professionals to uphold the care and operation of over 250 apartment communities and rental subdivisions. You will perform essential repairs, from drywall to plumbing, electrical, and appliance servicing, ensuring units are ready for occupancy.

This role requires punctuality, strong time management, and proactive service, with after-hours on-call responsibilities and a commitment to safety and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building operating systems.
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs across units and common areas.
• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems as needed.
• Maintain curb appeal and safety standards on properties.
• Be available for after-hours on-call as required.
• Coordinate with vendors and freight for supplies.
