Greystar in Oceanside, CA is seeking a skilled property maintenance technician to ensure the physical aspects of the buildings meet safety, cleanliness, and functional standards. You will perform make-ready, complete work orders, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors, while adhering to safety policies and local codes.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience and hands-on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing knowledge. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required.

Formación

• 3-5 years of property maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsabilidades

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests for service and preventative maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing and new move-ins.
• Tracks inventory, purchases, and returns of materials; notifies supervisor when re-orders are needed.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; performs cleaning, painting, and minor repairs as needed.
• Supports cost-saving measures by repairing rather than replacing parts where feasible.
