Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Santa Rosa, CA to handle apartment and property maintenance duties and uphold top customer service and curb appeal.

You will perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds repairs, along with preventative maintenance. A valid driver’s license, English proficiency, and at least one year in property management are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervision.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance.
• Carry out preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, and elevator upkeep.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to identify issues needing maintenance or replacement.
• Assist with property emergencies and after-hours maintenance as needed.
• Communicate maintenance issues promptly to leadership and ensure safety compliance.
