Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service apartment communities. You will handle maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds, while upholding top-notch resident service and curb appeal.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year in property management or related field, with solid maintenance skills and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and basic carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervisor/manager.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance tasks as required.
• Carpentry tasks including wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, tile work.
