B.HOM Student Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Greensboro, NC to respond to maintenance requests and support upkeep across the community. You will perform preventative maintenance, complete unit turns, and address emergency repairs to ensure a safe, welcoming living environment for residents.

Qualified candidates bring basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical know-how, strong troubleshooting, and excellent customer service. The role requires flexibility for on-call, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in electrical, painting, drywall, plumbing, or related maintenance trades preferred.
• EPA Type I/II, HVAC certification, and CPO certification are valued.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry and general maintenance.
• Schedule and carry out preventative maintenance.
• Complete apartment turns and prepare units for new residents.
• Respond to emergency maintenance as needed.
• Inspect property and maintain safety and appearance.
