B.HOM Student Living in Greensboro, NC, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to respond to maintenance requests, perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and unit turns, ensuring safe, high-quality living spaces for residents.

This role requires hands-on skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general maintenance, with on-call shifts and weekend hours. Candidates should have a High School diploma and relevant trades experience; EPA/HVAC/CPO certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year in electrical/plumbing or general maintenance.
• EPA Type I/II and HVAC certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances and carpentry tasks.
• Perform preventative maintenance and complete unit turns.
• Handle on-call maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met in all work.
