Job summary

Carlisle Residential Properties Brooks North Apartments in Greensboro, NC, seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role covers interior and exterior upkeep, from painting and grounds maintenance to plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs, with on-call rotations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of multifamily maintenance experience, and CPO/CFC certifications preferred. Valid driver’s license and flexible availability are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years maintenance in multi-family preferred.
• CPO and/or CFC certifications strongly preferred or able to obtain.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance as scheduled; may include painting and grounds maintenance.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, A/C and appliance issues.
• Respond to resident repair requests and close work orders promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and deliver customer service when entering apartments.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, pest control and other services.
• Follow OSHA safety requirements and maintain required certifications.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
