Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service apartment and property maintenance needs under supervision. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and curb appeal to residents and clients.

You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance while ensuring safety and timely completion of work orders. A valid license and strong organization are required for success in a fast-paced property management environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervisor/manager.
• Maintain highest standards of customer service and curb appeal at the property.
• Perform maintenance including electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as per guidelines.
• Perform carpentry duties: wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, tile repair.
• Proactive preventative maintenance: siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, etc.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to standard and resident satisfaction.
