Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a broad range of apartment and property maintenance tasks under the direction of the maintenance supervisor and property manager, while delivering outstanding service and maintaining curb appeal.

You will handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, grounds, and preventative maintenance, keep work orders updated, inspect grounds for safety, assist with emergencies, and maintain a professional demeanor with residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervisor/manager.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring and carpentry.
• Maintain work orders and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds for safety and cleanliness and address issues.
• Assist with property emergencies and on-call duties.
